Description

Customised alternative solution for Rooftop PAC units, Commercial Ducted Splits and Reheat Systems

This is a cost-effective and energy-efficient solution as an alternative to packaged units:

1) Energy Efficient

2) 100% Fresh Air: Where the customer needs 100% fresh air and PAC units fail.

3) Additional Filtration Levels: Where the customer needs extra filtration and PAC units fall short of static pressure.

4) More airflow wrt kW:

5) Limited load-bearing roof: Where the roof cannot take a load of a PAC unit.

6) Control options: Where the customer needs different types of sensors and controls like CO2, differential pressure, on coil off/off coil temp sensors etc.

Features and Benefits:

  1. AHU can be customised to meet existing supply and return air connections.
  2. Footprint can be matched with existing unit or available space.
  3. Casing comes with Aluminium framework and 50mm thick insulated panels.
  4. EC plug fan can be designed to meet desired static pressure and can be controller by a 0-10V signal.
  5. Additional filterations and Economy kit can be added to the AHU.
  6. AHU can be supplied in Flat pack for easy transportation and installation on the roof.
  7. There is no limit on capacity, can start from 10kW to 700kW and above.
  8. VRF condensers are highly energy efficient, normally have EER/COP ratings above 5.
  9. These condensers can easily ramp up and down with varying heat loads.
  10. Reverse cycle system and can be used either for cooling or heating
  11. An individual wall controller or a central controller can be provided.
  12. MODBUS, BACnet and DDC control outputs are available.
  13. Condensers come in modules, are lightweight, and can be carried to roof through lift too.
  14. No need for additional anti corrosion protection, already taken care off.
  15. Load can be distributed on roof and platform costs can be brought down.
